Birch Street Vacation Notice

NOTICE OF STREET VACATION - PUBLIC HEARING

City of Harrisburg City Council - City Hall, Council Chambers, 120 Smith Street

The Church of God 7th Day is proposing a street vacation to vacate a portion of the unimproved Birch St Right-of-Way.  The right-of-way currently bisects a single existing tax lot, which is owned by the church.  The meeting information is directly above.  The actual vacation notice is available at the bottom of this web page, and includes a map with the location of the requested vacation.

If you would like to give public testimony on this issue, you may provide written, or oral testimony to the City Council.  Written testimony may be received by the City, and will be copied to the City Council if received prior to 5:00pm on the day of the meeting.  Written testimony submitted at the meeting itself, along with any received by the City after the agenda is released, will be part of the record. Oral testimony may be provided on the night of the meeting.  The Mayor will provide three minutes per person for oral testimony at this meeting.
