Checkered Past Clinic - Sunday, April 17th. 2016
The Harrisburg Public Library is proud to sponsor a Checkered Past Clinic this Sunday, April 17th, 2016, from 1:00 to 2:30 in the Harrisburg High School Gym, located at 400 S. 9th St.
This program is part of our Ready to Read Program for this year, as we encourage you Exercise your Mind - Read! The clinic is part of an outreach program offered by Jimmy Jennett, MMA Fighter. He offers clinic's that focus on youth, and offers activities that foster believing in yourself, making good choices, self-respect, and being accountable to each other in the community. This activity is safe; there is no striking contact. He also promotes drug prevention, and anti-bullying. Youth ages 12 through high school (and their family) are welcome -This is a free program!
