The City of Harrisburg is adopting a new Transportation System Plan, also known as a TSP. This is a master plan that determines transportation requirements for the City of Harrisburg. As a multi-modal plan, this affects transportation requirements for streets, sidewalks, and bike lanes. This requires an amendment of the Comprehensive Plan for the City of Harrisburg. In Goal 12 - Transportation.
A modification of the Comprehensive Plan is a legislative amendment, which doesn’t apply to specific properties in Harrisburg. It ultimately affects the entire transportation system in the City of Harrisburg.
