NOTICE IS HEREBY GIVEN THAT Sealed bids for Harrisburg North and South Water Treatment
Plants, city of Harrisburg, Oregon, shall be addressed to the City Recorder, City Hall, P.O. Box 378, 120
Smith Street, Harrisburg Oregon 97446 and will be received at the City Hall of the City of Harrisburg,
Oregon, 120 Smith Street, Harrisburg, OR 97446. Acceptance of bids will be officially closed at 2:00 pm
Pacific Time, June 13th, 2024, and immediately thereafter the bids will be publicly opened and read in the
City Hall Council Chambers, 354 Smith Street, Harrisburg, Oregon 97446. The bid proposal shall be
submitted under sealed cover and marked with the Contractor’s name and project name.
The proposed improvements consist primarily of, but are not limited to the following:
The project includes: New 400 and 800 gpm iron and manganese removal facilities, which will treat water
from the existing North and South that currently supplies water to the City’s distribution system.
