The 2nd Annual Harrisburg Multi-Cultural Celebration
The Harrisburg Public Library and the H.A.R.T. Family Resource Center have teamed up to bring Harrisburg the 2nd Annual Multi-Cultural Celebration. This event is held on Saturday, April 16 from 10:00 to 4:00, at the Harrisburg Middle School covered playground. (7th & Smith St.) This event is always free, and family-oriented!
Join us for foods and crafts, cultural displays and presentations, music, and stunning performances by the Chemawa Indian High School Performing Arts, the Native American Cross Cultural Association, and the Adult Scandinavian Dancers, performing dances from Finland, Norway, Sweden and Denmark.
A pioneer group will be here to show attendees how to make a traditional corn husk doll.
If you would like to be included in this great event, it's not too late....contact Cheryl Spangler at 541-995-6949, or Edie Moro at 541-995-7700 before Saturday, April 16, 2016.
