Harrisburg Spring Drug Take Back Event - Saturday, October 29th, 2022-2:30pm to 3:30pm
The Linn County Sheriff's Office periodically participates in the Drug Enforcement Administrations National Drug Take Back event in the Harrisburg Community. During these events, citizens are able to dispose of their unused/unwanted medications, including pet medications.
This year's Spring Drug Take Back Event is Saturday, October 29th. The Linn County Sheriff's Office personnel will be at City Hall, located at 120 Smith St., between the hours of 2:30pm to 3:30.
The Linn County Sheriff's Office participates in the DEA's drug take back events twice a year, in spring and in fall. Medications can also be dropped off at the Linn County Sheriff Office located at 1115 Jackson St SE, in Albany.
