Nominate a Harrisburg Citizen
The Tri-County Chamber of Commerce Annual Awards Banquet is being held on November 17, 2022
Please consider nominating that wonderful person you know, who is always volunteering for every special event, or who rakes their neighbors leaves, or who always serves coffee and a smile at Church. How about an employee at a local business who does something special for their customers every time they see you, and has for twenty years? Now is your chance! You don't need to be a Chamber member to nominate someone; anyone can do it! There are four categories; Lifetime Achievement Award, Outstanding Service Award, Youth Service Award, and Educator of the Year Award (Applies to Classified employees too!) If you want to nominate someone from another community, you can do that too, as the Tri-County Chamber honors people from the communities of Harrisburg, Junction City, and Monroe.
The nomination forms are below, along with a list of the winners from past years. The criteria that apply for each award is on the form itself. The deadline has been extended to October 28, 2022!
Nominate a Business or Non-Profit Group for the annual award too! The business or non-profit must be a Chamber member to win the prize. You can go to the Chamber website to see if they are a member, https://www.tri-countychamber.com/ or ask them directly too. (Hurds Hardware was the Small Business Winner from our community last year - a fact that we are especially (still!) happy about!) Those applications, as well as a list of the winners, is also available below.
