City Lien Information
The City contracts with Conduits to provide City Lien searches. If you do not have a username and password to do lien searches through Conduits, please contact Net Assets Corporation at info@netassets.net or at (541) 485-8876. Otherwise, click on the link below to conduct your lien search. After Net Assets sets your account up in their system, authorization will be sent to the City. Cathy Nelson is the person in charge of the Lien Program, and is who authorizes all requests for access through the Net Assets system.
If a title company has performed a title search on a Harrisburg property, they are able to pull up the current lien search within a 60-day period, without having to pay another lien search fee to the city. If you call the City to ask for a payout, please be prepared to supply us with the transaction number from your title lien search. If the last search was done more than 60 days ago, it will necessitate another title search and lien search fee.
