Notice of Land Use Public Hearing:
Tuesday, April 15, 2025, Harrisburg Planning Commission, 7:00pm, HMC at 354 Smith St.
Tuesday, May 13, 2025, Harrisburg City Council, 6:30pm, HMC at 354 Smith St.
A copy of the proposed language changing HMC 18.55 will be available at the bottom of this webpage and is available for downloading.
A total of 15 properties are located inside the SFHA. 3 of these are owned by the City. Most of the industrial property affected by the SFHA is already inside the riparian boundary, and therefore, no development would have been allowed even before the City was required to adopt this code.
