Manufactured Home Placement Permit Application

The manufactured home placement permit application form may be downloaded by clicking on the link at the bottom of this webpage. The form must be printed and completed by hand. Please include three (3) sets of documents and plans along with one (1) copy of the placement permit application.

The manufactured home placement permit application is required prior to placing a manufactured home in a manufactured home park, or on any vacant lot.  Single wide's are not allowed outside of a manufactured home park with a single wide space available. 

A residential building permit is required for a garage/carport, and must be submitted at the same time, or prior, to your placement permit.  We highly suggest that you apply for this permit prior to the placement permit, as the construction of this structure must be complete before occupation of the manufactured dwelling is allowed.
