Online Bill Pay
Easy ~ Safe ~ Secure
The City of Harrisburg offers a convenient online utility bill payment option provided by Xpress Bill Pay. This option is available for utility bill payments and business license payments at this time. If you need to make a court payment, please contact City Hall. If you are a first time user for Xpress Bill Pay, you will need to create a new account. Simply CLICK HERE to make a payment.
- Pay online anytime. This service is available 24 hours per day, 365 days a year.
- There is no charge to the customer for utility bill payments. Business license and court fine payments are subject to a 3% plus a $1.00 service fee.
- Pay by phone anytime with a Visa, Discover, MasterCard, Debit or e-check.
- Make a one-time payment, schedule a payment or set up recurring payments for the amount of your monthly bills. For a recurring monthly payment, please use a payment date after the 5th of the month to ensure that new charges have been updated.
- You are able to set up a cap for monthly payments.
- Set up a customer profile so that future payments are fast and easy.
- Your payment will post to your account the day you make the payment.
- Mobile app is available for iPhone and Android users making it even easier to pay your bill. Flyer available below for more information.
If your account is overdue, and you are in jeopardy of receiving a late notice or having your service suspended, please contact City Hall at 541-995-6655 to let them know you have made a payment. We must be notified by no later than 11 a.m. on shut off days.
