All evacuations have been lifted for both Linn and Lane Counties for the Priceboro Fire as of 10:00, Tues, Aug 8
As of Tuesday morning, all evacuation levels have been lifted for the Priceboro Fire. The Fire is 45% contained, and is in the stage of mop-up. Fire crews will likely remain in this area for at least a week, or two; unless conditions worsen. Information in relation to the emergency is below.
Please be assured that if fire or another emergency were to affect Harrisburg citizens inside the City limits, that an Emergency Operations Center would be located near to Harrisburg, and citizens would be informed. The best way to stay informed, is to install the LInn Benton Alert system to your smart phone.
Communications and Public Messaging Plan:
- Monitor Linn County Sheriff’s social media and website
- “All Clear” messages will be sent out via Linn-Benton ALERT to the impacted populations when it is safe to do so
